Composer/sound artists Desmond Knight embrace the noise in their second album, "The Remains." Self-described folk artists, Knight crafts otherworldly hissing soundscapes, phasing layers of tape, handmade electronics, and audio from their personal library of field recordings, an archive which dates from the '90s and captures steam engine blasts in industrial Jersey and a church choir in rural Maine.
Desmond Knight's debut album "Sentimental Parlour Music" was released in 2013. Knight currently resides in the lost hills of New Jersey.
